Important Configuration Note: Many of the settings and parameters require access to the

‘Full’ portion of the configuration menu and tree. Otherwise, all sections in the menu tree may

not be displayed for configuring. In addition, the ‘Advanced Parameter List’ link selected to the

right of the applicable MSBG configuration page. Likewise the Basic Parameters List masks or

hides the fields needed in this configuration. If overlooked either of these are potential sources

of user frustration. These two important items are shown below.

These settings are customer determined values and depend on the desired configuration of the

deployment. For example, the values for the NTP (Network Time Protocol) server are customer

supplied if NTP is desired. Also, the Day Light Saving Time values are valid for calendar year

2012.
